Johnstone Construction Northern Crew have been involved in the Pūho to Warkworth Motorway Project.
The team faced challenges from suboptimal weather conditions, which required the implementation of water control procedures. The project involves laying beams on the base of the swale, installing sub-soil drain pipes with concrete pumping taking place this week.
Recent Engineering Graduate, Daria Chernova, has been working on the project under the guise of her Johnstone Construction mentors. In addition to her university studies, Daria completed a range of training courses through Procore Technologies as well as Topcon Positioning Systems (including Fundamentals of GNSS, MAGNET field basics).
