Part of Johnstone Construction’s Auckland crew has been working on a Petroleum site in Papakura. The Civil Construction project includes drainage and services, hydro excavation and demolition.

The project is being led on site by Leading hand Keys Tahata. His effective leadership has seen the site run efficiently and safely.

Keys came to Johnstone Construction as a temporary worker assisting on a petroleum build site and impressed the team with his dedication and enthusiasm. Keys continues to impress with his work ethic and dedication to safe work practices, in late 2020 he was announced as a site safe scholar.

Johnstone Construction are proud to support their employees career advancement, both for their office and site based staff. Through structured on-site training, mentoring and virtual training Keys has built on his impressive work ethic to be equipped to run the project to the highest standards.
