Hugh awards Te Tihi with his certificate of promotion
Johnstone Construction sees a successful role-out of their company wide leadership development program.
Te Tihi and Keys have been promoted from apprentice carpenters to the role of leading hand, the first step in a pathway of leadership development within our team. The promotion makes them the first to graduate phase one of Johnstone Constructions’ company wide leadership program.
The program includes one-on-one time with an Individual and team development specialist as well as practical learning.
Hugh Johnstone, current managing director, officially recognised the achievement at the recent company wide meeting. While presenting the award Hugh acknowledged “In being promoted to the role of leading hand Keys and Te have demonstrated commitment, teamwork and integrity required of leaders within our organisation”.
