Johnstone Construction Ticks Off Another Successful Project

Central Auckland Project complete

Johnstone Construction has ticked off another successful project with the completion of NZ Bus Wynyard Quater civil works.
Located off Hasley Street, the Wynyard Quater site produced unique challenges with multiple variations to the original contract.

Johnstone Construction’s Senior Quantity Surveyor Sam Ng was the head, and sole, Quantity Surveyor for the project. Sam outlined the scope of works as follows:-

1. Construction of Adblue tank slab

2. Supply and install stormwater pipe and manhole

3. Supply and install sewer pipe and manhole

4. Construction of bus washing bay concrete slab

5. Supply and install ESK40 grease water separation tank

6. Supply and install 4000L underground water retention tank

7. Installation of SPEL tank

8. Reinstatement of concrete slab affected.

9. Line marking works

The Johnstone Construction crew are now working across our 4 North Island sites.
