Tamara Croft brings extensive expertise to her role as Health and Safety Coordinator at Johnstone Construction. With a diverse career in strategic planning, communications, and workplace safety, Tamara’s multifaceted experience ensures a comprehensive approach to enhancing workplace health and safety standards.

Her career includes collaborations with NZTE, EGG Maternity, and Acuite Construction Intelligence. During her time as an independent consultant, she worked on significant projects for Citi Bank and Johnson & Johnson, focusing on workplace strategy and change management. Additionally, as co-founder of Women in Trades NZ, Tamara was a finalist in the NZ Women in Governance Awards, recognising her contributions to policy and governance frameworks.

Tamara holds a Postgraduate Diploma in English (with distinction) from the University of Auckland, a Bachelor of Design and Visual Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts. She has also completed numerous professional courses in change management, project management, site safety, and business communication.

At Johnstone Construction, Tamara leverages her diverse skill set to foster a safe and efficient work environment. Her career background is crucial in maintaining high standards of health and safety, ensuring the company meets and exceeds industry benchmarks. Tamara is a pivotal member of the Johnstone Construction team.
