Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP)
The Taupo-based crew, led by Te Tihi Vercoe, have been working on constructing the modern purpose-built boat shed facility. Johnstone Construction has recently completed installing the suspended ceilings in the showroom area.
After successfully leading a nearby Fuel Station project alongside Hugh, Te Tihi has come across to the boat shed project. Te Tihi oversees the many different trades on site as well as upholding Johnstone Construction’s strong health and safety culture.
The Spa Road Warehouse Refurbishment project involves a complete overhaul of the previous building. The existing structure has been strengthened, retaining walls were demolished (and replaced), the office and mezzanine areas were painted, and significant improvements to drainage have taken place.
