Johnstone Construction Ltd have nominated Shea Patten-Wise for the Civil Contractors New Zealand, Young Engineer of the Year award. Civil Contractors New Zealand operates awards programmes to recognise excellence in construction, training programmes and people.
Over the past twelve months Shea has led the relocation of a complex 737 simulator at Auckland Airport from one hangar complex to another hangar complex whilst also delivering an internal demolition and refit of a 1960’s building for a new multi-story medical Centre.
Shea’s application has resulted in him proceeding through to the interview stage with awards winners being announced on Friday 12th July.
