NPD Gore vehicle crossing installation
The vehicle crossing into NPD Gore from Mersey Street has been completed.
Johnstone Construction Site Engineer Shea Patten-Wise commented “The main effort for the previous two weeks has been the install of MID sign bases, drainage and preparation for kerbing installation.”
The concrete pour for the Mersey Street Vehicle crossing took place earlier in the month, with the team more recently completing the installation of aggregate around the fuel sumps and piping.
This week, installation of the fuel tanks will be carried out simultaneously with the installation of kerbing adjacent to River St and Mercey St.
