The Operations and Maintenance manual handover
Congratulations to Adri on the handover of the Wentworth Community Centre Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual yesterday - great Mahi Adri! Adri, O&M co-ordinator, is pictured above (left) with Client representative Dharmendra, and Project Manager Jan.
With her attention to detail and documentation skills, Adri has played a key role in preparing various compliance submissions and documentation requirements.
While the certificate for public use was granted by the Auckland Council for the project last year, Johnstone Construction undertook additional work on the project which Adri captured in the manual.
